FellowScope!
FellowScope is a new Pulmonology on Air initiative dedicated to the next generation of interventional pulmonologists. Created as a global stage for fellows, the series features real cases performed and presented by fellows from around the world, encouraging open discussion around clinical decision-making, technical challenges, and lessons learned in practice.
Through continuous live episodes throughout the year, FellowScope connects fellows, peers, and expert faculty in an interactive educational community built around real cases and real learning.

Introduction:
The inaugural episode of the Fellowscope series showcased four real-world cases featuring foreign body extraction, diagnostic techniques, and treatment interventions.
Episode Summary:
Dr. B.K. Vasudha and Dr. Wangbor Sungoh from Yashoda Hospitals, India, presented a case on foreign body extraction. Dr. Xu Li of Shandong Public Health Clinical Center, China, explored the diagnostic utility of Bronchoscopic Transparenchymal Nodule Access (BTPNA). Dr. Abdullah Jahangir from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, USA, shared a novel minimally invasive treatment approach for cavitary pulmonary aspergilloma. Dr. Eldridge Limen of Thoraxklinik Heidelberg, Germany, presented a complex case of endobronchial valve implantation.
